Adrien has conducted more than 500 investigations in two years, including whistleblower and high-risk employee relations matters requiring legal collaboration and executive-level judgment.

Adrien's academic and legal training provide a rare combination of HR expertise and legal insight: a Master of Human Resource Development from Clemson University, an MBA from Webster University, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Northumbria University (evaluated as U.S. JD equivalent), a Master of Laws (LLM) in U.S. Law from Florida Coastal School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of South Carolina.
